Carthew Neal is a New Zealand film, television and interactive producer. He is producing Taika Waititi's next film, Hunt for the Wilderpeople which stars Sam Neill and Julian Dennison. It is based on best selling novel Wild Pork & Watercress written by Barry Crump. He is producing Justin Pemberton's interactive documentary, I Spy. A co-production with Canadian digital company, Jam3. Carthew is associate producer on Walt Disney Pictures film, Pete's Dragon (2016 film) working under Barrie M. Osborne. He produced TV3 (New Zealand) comedy Super City (tv series) starring Madeleine Sami. Previously he conceived and produced two seasons of TV3 (New Zealand)'s Wa$ted! (TV show) environmental make-over series, which was remade around the world including to America Wa$ted!
